CPPLL Field Scheduler privacy policy

This policy covers the CPPLL Field Scheduler mobile app (“the app”), made by AnalytiTech, LLC for Corning-Painted Post Little League (“the league”). The app does one thing: schedule the league's fields. We collect only what that needs.

What we collect

• Account information: your name, email address and password. Passwords are handled by Google Firebase Authentication, and we never see them.
• League role: parent, coach or director. A league director assigns roles.
• Reservations: the field, date and times you request, whether they were approved, and the name and email of the person who made the request.
• Notifications: if you allow notifications, a device token so we can send you schedule updates.

We don't collect your location, contacts, photos or payment information. The app has no ads and no third-party analytics or tracking.

How we use it

We use this information only to run the app: to sign you in, show the field calendar, route requests to directors, and send schedule notifications. Signed-in league members can see reservations on the shared calendar, including who made them. Directors can see the list of users and their roles.

Where it's stored

Data is stored with Google Firebase (Authentication, Cloud Firestore and Cloud Messaging) and encrypted in transit. We don't sell or share your information with anyone else, except where the law requires it.

Children

The app is for adults: parents, coaches and league volunteers. It isn't meant for children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their information.

Deleting your data

You can delete your account in the app (Settings → Delete Account) or by emailing us. See how to delete your account for details on what is removed.
