Terms of use

These terms cover your use of the FormForward app from AnalytiTech, LLC. By using the app you agree to them. The app is also licensed to you under the standard end-user license of the store you downloaded it from (Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement or Google Play's Terms of Service).

A training aid, not medical advice

FormForward gives feedback on movement for training and general wellness. It is not a medical device and does not diagnose, treat or prevent any condition. Measurements, including range-of-motion angles, are estimates from a phone camera. Consult a qualified professional before starting a new exercise or rehabilitation program, move within what is comfortable, and stop if you feel pain.

Use it safely

Set up your phone and your space so you can move safely, away from hazards and other people. You're responsible for how you exercise. Athletes under 18 should use FormForward with a parent's or coach's permission.

Subscriptions

FormForward Pro is an auto-renewing subscription billed through Apple or Google. It renews unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel it in your App Store or Google Play account settings. Free trials convert to a paid subscription unless cancelled before they end.

Your content

Videos, moves and results you create stay on your device and remain yours. If you share them, you're responsible for having the right to do so, including permission from anyone else in the video.

Acceptable use

Don't reverse engineer the app, misuse it to record people without their consent, or use it in a way that breaks the law.

Disclaimers and liability

The app is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, AnalytiTech, LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for injuries arising from exercise. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under applicable consumer law.

Changes

We may update these terms; the date above shows the latest version. Continuing to use the app means you accept the updated terms.
